Setting the Record Straight:  Why Auto Dealers Do Not Need Carve-Outs

Auto dealers arrived on Capitol Hill the last week of April seeking special carve-outs from the proposed "Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010" (S. 3217). This banking reform bill aims to put an end to the reckless practices of Wall Street and the abusive and discriminatory tactics by financiers of all stripes.

BREAKING NEWS:  Legislation is moving by the minute.  Please take just a moment to sign this petition.  Auto dealers must be held accountable for the loans they issue.
